新年快樂!

I love Lunar New Year! Not because we celebrate it or go anywhere (because we don't, we celebrate Solar New Year), but because it's the ultimate second chance. Everyone makes New Year's resolutions, but the truth is that many of us fall off the wagon as the days pass. Which is why Lunar New Year, which comes a few weeks later is amazing. I didn't have my act together enough to even think up any resolutions for January 1st, but I've had a good three weeks to ponder on it.

So what are my resolutions for this year? There's a number of them, but they mostly boil down to one:

Do! Make! Create!

It's all about becoming proactive. Because as I say, I'm an underachieving overachiever, and a dreamer who lacks the interest to see things through. But no longer! I will be a full active, creative human being this year!

And as its first step, here's my blog! Ready to record all the amazing things I will do this year!

Today I sent out "Happy New Year" texts to all my friends and acquaintances.

P.S. I also hope to sleep more and more regularly a.k.a. like a normal person.
